About the product:

Size and coverage

The roofing tiles are 42cm. long by 33cm. wide, with a thickness of 5cm. The number if tiles per m2 is approximately 10.5, depending on the roof pitch.

Weight

4.3Kg. per unit or 43Kg. per square meter installed.

Insulation:

Because of the high density and mass, these roofing tiles are a fine insulator of extreme temperatures. Experiments carried out in Costa Rica indicate that temperature variations are 6 degrees less then normal materials.

Resistance:

These roofing tiles have an average of 200Kgs., which means less breakage during construction.

Waterproof:

The roofing tiles have a perfected formula and are constructed with premium materials. They are formed by extrusion, and are treated with a waterproofing material.

Installation costs:

Installation is easy and simple which considerably reduces the labor costs. It is not necessary to use metal laminates under the roofing tile.

Color:

Color is an integral part of the tile which makes painting unnecessary. Colors are beige, grey, tan and tile red. Special colors can be ordered.
